This production line is a drying production line for Chinese medicinal materials. According to customer requirements, we choose to use a mesh belt dryer for drying. The special production line for Chinese medicinal materials is a special drying production line developed on the basis of traditional mesh belt dryers. It is suitable for drying equipment of all kinds of Chinese herbal medicines.

Process flow:

Raw materials→Fixing→Dehydration→Clothing→Drying→Cooling→Packaging→Storage

The material in the hopper is evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder through the conveyor belt. The drying section is composed of several independent circulation units of hot air, in which part of the exhaust gas is discharged by a special dehumidification fan, and the exhaust gas volume of each unit is controlled by a regulating valve. In the upper circulation unit, the air from the circulating fan enters the lower chamber from the side air duct, and the air is heated upward through the heat exchanger, and after being distributed by the distributor, it is blown to the mesh belt in a jet stream, and then enters the upper chamber after passing through the material. The drying process is a process in which the hot air flow passes through the material layer to complete the heat and mass transfer. The upper chamber is connected to the fan inlet by an air duct, part of the gas is circulated, and a part of the gas with lower temperature and higher moisture content is discharged as waste gas through the dehumidification pipe, the regulating valve and the dehumidification fan. In the lower circulation unit, the air from the circulating fan first enters the upper chamber, and the lower chamber is connected to the fan inlet by the side air duct and the return air duct. Most of the air is circulated, and part of it is discharged. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly equipped according to user needs.
