Process Flow Details

The shell and transmission mode of the tube bundle dryer are very similar to those of the rotary drum dryer, but 1~5 layers of tube bundles are arranged concentrically inside. The tube bundles run through the entire length of the dryer, with steam or other heat media passing through them, using both conduction and convection heat transfer. High thermal efficiency, the total heat transfer efficiency can reach 80%~90%, especially suitable for drying materials below 150℃. It is mainly used for drying slag and minerals, and the drying strength is 25%-30% higher than that of ordinary tube bundle dryers. It has been applied in many enterprises in starch, winemaking, chemical industry, food, medicine and other industries. The core component of the equipment, the tube bundle, is made of high-quality boiler steel pipe (GB3087). The advanced expansion joint process greatly absorbs and eliminates the alternating stress generated by the tube bundle during the rotation process, and completely solves the problem of the traditional welding process. The defect of fracture occurs; the overall turning of the half shafts at both ends of the tube bundle can accurately ensure the coaxiality of both ends, which greatly improves the service life of the main bearing of the tube bundle and the running stability of the tube bundle; according to the drying characteristics of the material and the drying curve The specially designed tube bundle turning shovel, pushing shovel and unloading shovel can make different materials achieve the best drying effect.

The tube bundle dryer uses the principles of heat conduction and heat radiation. The steam flows in the tube bundle in a countercurrent or cocurrent manner with the material. The material is stirred and pushed by the shovel plate on the tube bundle in the negative pressure closed cavity, and moves from the feed end to the discharge end. Part of the finished material passes through the discharge chute to the discharge screw, and is discharged by the discharge fan. The other part of the finished product is turned off the fan through the return material to the mixing screw, and is fully stirred and mixed with the wet material by the conveying mixer to reduce the moisture content of the original wet material and achieve the ideal working conditions of the dryer. The drying of the material can be co-current or counter-current. When the tube bundle dryer is working, the material is fed into the machine by the feeding auger and passes through the copying plate on the outer edge of the tube core. The material is continuously and uniformly pushed from one end of the dryer to the other end, and discharged from the discharge device. At the same time, the steam enters the steam distribution chamber from one end of the tube core through the rotary joint and the hollow shaft, and evenly enters the tube bundle heat exchanger. The heat energy is transferred to the material chamber through the tube wall to heat and dry the material. The condensed water formed by the cooling of the steam is discharged from the other end of the tube core through the condensed water discharge system, and the waste gas after drying of the material is drawn out by the fan.
