Spodumene Rotary Kiln Structural Composition
1. Supporting device: The spodumene rotary kiln adopts the main shaft structure, and is equipped with an automatic temperature measuring device and an electric heating device.
2. Blocking wheel device: It is divided into two types: mechanical and hydraulic thrust blocking wheel. The hydraulic blocking wheel device is equipped with a hydraulic control system.
3. Transmission device: The spodumene rotary kiln is equipped with single transmission and double transmission, speed control motor, DC motor or variable frequency speed control motor to control the speed, reliable operation, energy saving and high efficiency.
4. Cylinder wheel belt backing plate: The lower backing plate of the wheel belt has fixed type, adjustable type and floating backing plate, which has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient maintenance and replacement, and no damage to the cylinder body.
5. Sealing device: The spodumene rotary kiln has a variety of sealing forms to choose from according to the different designs of the kiln. Cylinder compression end face seal, spring compression end face seal, weight graphite block seal, spring graphite block seal, fish scale labyrinth seal, axial labyrinth seal, combined seals of the above forms and currently more commonly used flexible seals, etc. The cylinder body has strong adaptability and good sealing effect.
The material in the spodumene rotary kiln moves from top to bottom, which includes the movement of the upper material caused by the volume shrinkage of the material during the calcination process and the movement of the whole kiln material caused by the discharge of the lower material. If the spodumene rotary kiln has a suitable expansion port, the effect of shrinkage on the material drop is very small. Therefore, the moving speed of the material in the kiln is mainly determined by the amount of material discharged, that is, the output of the spodumene rotary kiln. However, the moving speed of the material must be adapted to the calcination speed of the material, and the calcination speed is related to the calcination temperature, gas velocity, heat transfer, material particle size, combustion particle size and other factors. The moving speed of the material in the spodumene rotary kiln varies with the situation, and its moving speed is related to the exhaust air, the kiln speed, the resistance in the kiln, the physical properties of the material, the diameter of the kiln and the heat exchange device in the kiln.
