The important components of the bean dregs dryer are: cylinder, front roller ring, rear roller ring, gear, stop roller, drag roller, pinion gear, discharge part; lifting plate, reducer, motor, hot air duct, feeding trough, Furnace body and so on.

After the dewatered wet bean dregs enter the dryer, they are evenly dispersed in the dryer and fully contacted with hot air under the evenly distributed copy plate in the drum, which accelerates the heat and mass transfer of the drying. During the drying process, the bean dregs are moved to the other stage of the dryer to discharge the dried product under the action of the inclined board and the heat medium.
