The important components of the blue charcoal dryer are: cylinder, front roller ring, rear roller ring, gear, stop roller, drag roller, pinion, discharge part; lifting plate, reducer, motor, hot air duct, inlet Material chute, furnace body, etc. The texture of blue charcoal is not the same because the lower of each manufacturer is different. This requires the manufacturer to customize it according to actual needs.

In the process of drying the blue charcoal, the wet blue charcoal is transported to the feeding hopper by the conveying device, and then it will enter the feeding end from the hopper through the feeding machine pipeline. The inclination of the feeding pipe should be greater than the natural inclination of the material in the design, so that the material can flow into the dryer smoothly. The main part of the blue charcoal dryer is a circular drum. The material enters the drum at the higher section, and the heat carrier enters the lower section. The wet blue charcoal directly or indirectly when the cylinder moves forward. The ground can be heated by the airflow, so that the blue charcoal can be dried. Afterwards, the dried blue charcoal will be conveyed from the discharge port by a belt conveyor. In order to better dry the blue charcoal, a copy board is designed on the inner wall of the drum. Its function is to continuously raise and scatter the material, thereby speeding up the contact between the blue charcoal and the hot air for better Heat and mass transfer.
