Adding a preheating tower can effectively reduce energy consumption and improve the quality of finished products.

The conveyor belt of the rotary kiln is the material conveying device of the kiln, and various forms of damage often occur during use, such as edge delamination and festering and cracks; long-distance longitudinal tearing or deep scratches, holes and large Area wear, covered rubber bulges or peelings, internal defects in joints, etc. Among them, longitudinal tears and edge fractures are more common and need to be repaired.

7. The main body of the kiln is usually 30-150 meters long, and there are 3-5 rolling rings in the middle of the cylinder. Most of the cylinders are processed by the factory into 3~10 sections, transported to the destination by large trucks and repaired by welding. Among them, the roller ring part is cast from molten steel, and the kiln body of the roller ring part is slightly thicker than the steel plate of other kiln bodies because it needs to bear the weight. The supporting tug and the rolling ring are connected with the foundation correspondingly, and the foundation is the load-bearing pillar of the whole kiln. Usually, a set of idler gears consists of two idler gears and two stopper gears. During normal operation, refractory bricks should be laid inside.
